Continuing Wordpress plugin translation to Latvian, here comes next translation. This time it's Search Everything.

Now, I have no deadly need for this plugin as of now. But still: I want all of the plugins I use to have a translation. It's a way I can say THANKS to all those guys and girls who worked hard to make and maintain them.
